Job Description
Join our international team as an Assistant, Regional F&A and ensure accurate and timely out-of-pocket (OOP) expense reporting in line with corporate regulations and deadlines.
Part-time and office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria
You will:
- Coordinate and interact with stakeholders regarding the reconciliation of out-of-pocket (OOP) expenses
- Communicate with project teams on project-related financial documents and information
- Prepare and submit of OOP reports
- Work with SAP and internal company electronic systems
- Reconcile and verify pass-through expenses
- Perform regular costs/revenue analysis, as assigned
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/closeout project-related forecasts
- Miscellaneous departmental tasks, as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration or related
- Minimum 3 years of prior financial experience in an international environment
- Prior clinical trial industry experience is a plus
- Native Bulgarian and full working proficiency in English
- Knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
- Strong attention to details
- Communication and collaboration skills
