Find out more: Our approach to R&D Position Summary You will lead clinical programming across multiple studies to deliver high-quality, regulatory-ready data and outputs. You will work closely with statisticians, data managers, clinical teams and external partners. We value clear communication, practical problem solving and a coaching mindset. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Plan, manage and deliver programming outputs for multiple studies, including SDTM and ADaM datasets, tables, listings and figures. - Provide sponsor oversight and technical leadership for outsourced programming work and external vendors. - Define, implement and maintain programming standards and processes for quality and regulatory readiness. - Review and contribute to study documents such as analysis plans, output specifications and submission materials. - Identify risks early, propose practical solutions and escalate when needed to keep projects on track. - Coach and mentor programmers to build capability and support their professional growth. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, life sciences or a related field. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical or statistical programming supporting clinical trials. - Strong skills in SAS, including macro development and reusable code practices. - Practical knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM and ADaM) and clinical data flows. - Experience managing programming deliverables and providing oversight to vendors or CROs. - Clear written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Master’s degree in statistics, data science, computer science or related field. - Experience with R, Python or other scripting languages for analysis and automation. - Familiarity with regulatory submission documentation and define.xml generation. - Experience applying Agile ways of working and tools such as Jira. - Demonstrated experience in study leadership and cross-functional collaboration. - Proven track record of mentoring team members and improving programming processes.
