Job Description
Departmental Responsibilities:
- Collect, track, and file executed contracts and study documents
- Assists with preparation of departmental reports
- Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and appropriate signatures
- Manage and troubleshoot DocuSign signature processes
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems in accordance with SSU standards
Quality Control & Assurance Responsibilities:
- Assists with implementation of in-process quality controls within the department
- Assists with preparation, conduct and follow up of audits and inspections
- Assist with other SSU administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- College or University degree required
- Equivalency is defined as a minimum of 1 year experience in corporate or academic environment where administrative experience and technical skills have been gained.
- Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
- Excellent Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
