Job Description
This position is a fixed-term contract for 12 months
Are you passionate about embarking on a career in clinical trials? Join our team as a Study Startup Assistant and take the first step in your professional journey! This entry-level role is a fantastic opportunity for juniors to dive into the world of clinical research and gain invaluable hands-on experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative support to our Startup department, playing a key role in site activation processes.
- Support our Feasibility department with critical research and site identification activities.
- Maintain project-specific tracking systems and manage the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) consistently throughout the study startup phase.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- College or University degree
- Native Polish and very good command of English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both in teams and individually
- Motivation to learn
