Job Description
We are seeking a confident, reliable, and service-oriented professional to manage the full lifecycle of SAP FI/CO and SAP Concur Expenses implementation projects, as well as provide ongoing support to business users.
This role is embedded within our international and dynamic Finance & Accounting (F&A) team and plays a key role in driving global finance transformation initiatives.
This role is office-based at our headquarters in Zug.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP-related matters (FI/CO and SAP Concur Expenses).
- Lead global SAP rollouts by driving business transformation and providing conceptual guidance throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
- Manage assigned projects end-to-end, from initial planning through go-live and stabilization.
- Perform system configuration and necessary customization for newly implemented entities during rollout projects.
- Proactively review and optimize FI/CO processes and related sub-modules; design and implement new processes and functionalities where required.
- Ensure high standards of quality, governance, and process excellence while promoting automation and efficiency.
- Take ownership of issue resolution, from error analysis through solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, and successful implementation.
- Support the Finance & Accounting team in aligning SAP and non-SAP systems and contribute to the development of advanced finance solutions.
- Deliver SAP training sessions to internal staff and actively promote knowledge sharing across teams.
- Collaborate closely with external partners, including consulting firms and IT auditors.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Passionate SAP professional with a strong sense of ownership for the FI/CO module.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Finance, ideally within a service-oriented organization.
- Proven experience in SAP Financials customization, including FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO-PA (CO-CEA), CO-CCA, and CO-OPA, as well as hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Solid experience in conducting requirements gathering and solution design workshops with business process owners.
- Experience in planning and executing testing and training sessions.
- Participation in at least 3–4 full-cycle SAP implementations with successful go-lives.
- Strong understanding of FI/CO integration with MM and SD modules.
- Basic to solid knowledge of ABAP, Web Services, Smart Forms / Adobe Forms is considered an advantage.
- Experience in SAP Concur Expenses configuration is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential; additional languages are an asset.
