Position Summary
You will lead evidence generation and health economics for Argentina. You will design evidence plans that support reimbursement and local decision making. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Create and own local evidence generation plans aligned to business and global priorities.
- Develop economic models, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses.
- Lead HEOR studies end-to-end, from protocol to final report and publication.
- Manage external vendors and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for delivery.
- Prepare technical documents and payer-facing submissions for reimbursement discussions.
- Translate evidence into clear recommendations for internal teams and external audiences.

- This role is hybrid. You will be based in Argentina with a mix of office and remote work.
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Degree in health sciences, health economics, epidemiology, public health, economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HEOR, health economics, market access, or HTA work.
- Practical experience building cost-effectiveness and budget impact models.
- Experience supporting HTA submissions or payer engagements.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with real-world data or epidemiology inputs.
- Spanish fluency and working knowledge of English for regular cross-border collaboration.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Postgraduate degree in health economics, public health, epidemiology, or related discipline.
- Prior pharmaceutical industry experience and collaboration with international teams.
- Experience publishing HEOR or real-world evidence studies or presenting at conferences.
- Practical skills with modelling or analysis tools such as Excel, R or SAS.
- Track record managing external vendors and complex cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of local health system decision processes and payer requirements.
