Part of the Finance Digital Transformation organization, the Finance Data Analytics Manager will be working closely across the entire matrix of divisions and functions. They will be responsible for leading a team responsible for the design, development and maintenance of analytics and data solutions. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, business analytics and communication skills, combined with experience in data analytics and reporting tools, data ETL, knowledge in modeling and excellent project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with leaders across departments to understand common challenges and opportunities. Use this knowledge to develop data science and advanced analytics solutions for a large finance team and our valued customers.
- Lead the team in the discovery, design and development of advanced analytics solutions from ideation to scenario testing, driving efficiency, productivity, and revenue.
- Apply advanced business intelligence techniques to extract actionable insights that reveal revenue and efficiency opportunities.
- Lead and support a complementary team of specialists in data, advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions.
- Lead customer success strategy and support operations.
- Lead all aspects of multiple projects, ensuring goals and objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, master’s preferred
- 1+ years in leadership roles, 3+ years’ experience in finance analytics roles with dynamic responsibilities and scope
- Experience building analytics solutions, models and analyzing large, complex data sets yielding opportunities for revenue and/or process improvement within ann organization
- Experience presenting and collaborating with business leaders on business insights and opportunities
- Expertise in data reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SAS Analytics.
- Experience with languages such as SQL, R, and Python (nice to have)
- Good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and demonstrated ability to meet objectives.

- 0-10% domestic/international travel required
