Overview
The HR Business Partner provides high quality HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, supporting the delivery of a fair, consistent, and legally compliant people service. This role leads on employee relations issues, coaches managers in effective people management, and contributes to wider HR initiatives that support organisational success, culture, and employee wellbeing.
This role is a 12-month FTC (maternity cover). It can be fully remote, office or hybrid depending on the successful candidate's location.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- CIPD qualification or equivalent would be an advantage but not essential
- Proven experience in a similar HR advisory or generalist role
- Knowledge of employment law and HR policies
- Exposure to HR practices in North America and APAC regions would be an advantage but not essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
