What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables, working effectively as a team member and coordinating with others.
Manage personal time and professional development, being accountable for results.
Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope, sequence, and complexity within the agreed timeframe.
Identify and solve moderately routine problems.
Complete assignments with moderate supervision using established procedures, referring deviations from standard procedures to the supervisor.
Ensure work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.
Utilize a range of equipment including forklifts, conveyors, cranes, hand carts, and power trucks, and perform necessary area cleaning tasks according to prescribed procedures.
Communicate effectively up and down the Chain of Command, maintain acceptable attendance, and lead quick and efficient changeovers to minimize room downtime.
Maintain direct interaction with all relevant departments, such as production, finance, external vendors, contractors, and quality assurance, and facilitate an environment of continuous improvement with all team members.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience
Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
Experience operating a Stand up and Reach forklift
Ability to work unsupervised, be an efficient leader and team player
Able to adapt to changing environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Sanitation in a food or dietary supplement manufacturing plant with blending experience
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and software
Experience in inventory control and logistics
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to continuous improvement and learning
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift 25 Lbs. stand for long periods of time while operating forklift.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
This is for an A2 schedule it is a 12 hour rotating night shift.

The salary for this position ranges from $18.62 to $31.03 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
