Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a System Administrator to join their team. As a System Administrator, you will be part of the IT Support Department, providing essential support for escalated issues. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to system management, which will align successfully with the organization.

What's the Job?
- Provide 7x24 escalated support as an escalation engineer for priority 1 or priority 2 issues.
- Manage issue resolution by collaborating with the customer’s IT, end users, and OEM vendors.
- Perform integration and compatibility testing, as well as installation and configuration of server software.
- Create and maintain documentation regarding processes and procedures for troubleshooting.
- Support scheduled weekend work for server updates and disaster recovery testing.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in system administration and technical support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to triage complex issues.
- Experience with ticketing systems and issue tracking.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
