The scope of responsibilities include:
- Supports onboarding and offboarding matters, including benefit vendor management, administration of health and welfare plans, enrollments, changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and other providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions
- Provides new hire orientation on different matters, including training
- Supports survey data collection, analysis, conclusions and action plans
- Responds to HR-related queries
- Prepares and updates employee files on an ongoing basis
- Keeps up-to-date with the current employment laws and maintains confidentiality of employee data
- Supports audits and inspections
- Supports and organizes events for the team
Qualifications

- Previous experience in administrative or executive assistant roles within corporate/international settings
- Full working proficiency in English & Spanish
- PC skills to be able to work with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Communication, presentation and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in international environment and build relationships at all levels
