Our client, a leading poultry producer, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the US business unit. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: Up to $100,000
What's the Job?
- Oversee the entire US accounting and finance operations, including corporate accounting functions such as AP/AR, payroll, and year-end closing.
- Manage and support a team of direct and indirect reports, including AP Supervisor, AR Manager, and Budget Control Manager.
- Coordinate with third-party providers for payroll and corporate tax, and bring in-house responsibilities as needed.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
- Assist in budget control and financial planning for the US business unit.
What's Needed?
- Public and private accounting experience, with a CPA certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of corporate accounting processes and ERP systems, preferably SAP transitioning to S4HANA.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions and complex financial data.
- Effective communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
