Experis IT is partnered with the world's leading provider of secure financial messaging services in their search for a ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Module (VRM) Specialist to join their team in Manassas, VA.
***This role requires working onsite no less than 3 days/week in Manassas, VA** ALSO requires an in-person interview in Manassas, VA.
Reporting to Global Security department this role contributes to the company security initiatives related to enterprise vulnerability management and enhancing its security capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience defining and implementing vulnerability management and patching policies for on-premises infrastructure utilizing ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Module.
This role will undertake moderately complex projects ensuring the security and compliance of the organizational infrastructure, focusing on:
- Vulnerability identification, analysis, and impact assessment considering base and environmental factors.
- Perform severity assessments of software vulnerabilities for vulnerability prioritization and remediation.
- Engage and work directly with partner teams for onboarding to ServiceNow, provide support, and troubleshoot issues.
- Analyze existing architecture and recommend policies and procedures for improvement.
- Identify solutions to improve security automation and integration and coordinate the effort to implement those solutions.
- Query, analyze, and report on large datasets for potential risks.
