As a Production Support - AI, you will be part of the IT Operations Department supporting the Application Support Team. What's the Job?
- Ensure the availability and reliability of production applications within the Compliance line of business.
- Perform daily tasks such as monitoring, incident management, request handling, and disaster recovery exercises.
- Utilize monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk, and support the implementation of AI tools to automate processes.
- Research, triage, and resolve defects while maintaining compliance standards.
- Coordinate with support teams for incident triage, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of issues impacting technical services.
What's Needed?
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring and incident management.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation processes to enhance support functions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analysis, and research skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical partners.
- Ability to support disaster recovery and resiliency exercises, ensuring system robustness.
