- Design and implement AWS services including EC2, IAM, CloudWatch, Systems Manager, and Workspaces.
- Design and support Azure services including Virtual Machines, Azure AD, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
Automation & DevOps Collaboration

- Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Monitoring, Reliability & Operations
- Implement and optimize monitoring and observability platforms across cloud, virtualized, and Windows environments.
- Leverage AI‑assisted analytics and automation to enhance performance monitoring, incident detection, and troubleshooting.

- Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes aligned with ITIL practices.
Security, Compliance & Governance
- Enforce Zero Trust security principles across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Support compliance requirements including SOX, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- Participate in DR and BCP testing, validation of backups, and recovery procedures.
- Assist with adherence to enterprise security policies and regulatory controls.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver aligned technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Mentor junior engineers and administrators, promoting modern cloud and automation best practices.
